How to become a member or contribute donations?
STAGE e.V. uses the plattform “www.meinverein.de” which is run by the company Buhl (*).
*Buhl is well known and established, e.g. its app “WISO Steuer” was awarded 1st price by the Stiftung Warentest in 2024. The online data you enter is under strict data protection regulations.
Step-by-step guide for the online procedure to become a member or give a donation:
- In the first step, you need to create a Buhl account, and then the system links you to the next step.
- In a second step, from the created Buhl account you can create an application to become a member of STAGE e.V. or give donations.
How to do this online:
1: go to: https://stage-ev.de/
2: click: “MEMBERSHIP FORM” on the main page (at the upper left corner)
3: you will be redirected to:
https://www.buhl.de/mein-buhlkonto
(Buhl is a company used by STAGE e.V. for online membership registration and donation collection.)
4: click: “BUHL: KONTO ERSTELLEN” (create an account in Buhl)
5: enter your name, email, and a password (if your family name has < 3 letters, you can enter an empty space at the end).
- you will receive a confirmation code at your email address
6: enter the confirmation code on the account registration site
- you will be redirected to web.meinverein.de, which you can register with STAGE e, V,
Create a STAGE membership application or give a donation.
7: Enter your first and last Name
8: Click the Button “Zur Vereinssuche” (search for associations)
9: in the search field, search for “taiwanesisch” and in the result list and choose “Sachsisch-Taiwanesische Gesellschaft”
- you will be redirected to a website showing a map showing where STAGE e.V. is located
- on top of the map click the link “beitreten“(to join)
10: click the button “Ich möchte einen Mitgliedsantrag stellen” (I would like to fill out the membership application form.)
11: click the button “Weiter” (next)
12ff: there will be a number of questions asked: name, title, date of birth, address
– some items (with*) you have to provide the information
– some you may skip, by click the button “Überspringen” (skip)
IMPORTANT:
- Towards the end you will be asked for your IBAN (22 digit bank account number); please enter the IBAN numbers without any blank spaces between the digits.
- You will be asked to click a confirmation that you allow your bank to let STAGE e.V. withdraw membership fees or the donation amount from your bank account
Note this is a standard procedure that is also used by most people for other purposes of online payments ( e.g. paying electricity bills). After any such withdrawals, you have 8 weeks to claim your money back in case something was processed incorrectly.
13: After all these procedures, your application is done. You will receive a confirmation email after your account is charged.
